Hire Our Facilities

Several rooms at Gainsborough House Community Centre are available for hire. Morning sessions are between 9am and 1pm, afternoon sessions from 1pm to 5pm and evening sessions, 5pm to 9pm. Sessions are all 4 hours long. If you have any queries or would like to view our premises, please contact us and speak to David Belton.

Offices for Rent

We currently have two offices to rent at Gainsborough House Community Centre. The offices are secure and would be ideal for charities, support agencies, care groups and start-up businesses. Rates are negotiable. For more information, please contact David Belton on 01427 811160.

Main Hall & Lounge

Our ground floor main hall and lounge automatically includes hire of the small kitchen, but the large kitchen can be hired in conjunction with it, at an extra charge. The main hall is our largest resource and features a wooden-floored area, plus a carpeted lounge area to the side.

•    Comfortable, mainly high-seat seating for approximately 60 people
•    Various rectangular tables to seat 6 to 8 people which can easily be rearranged

Peach Lounge

The Peach Lounge is our most convenient room for a medium-sized meeting. The lounge adjoins the small kitchen by means of a serving hatch. It is fully carpeted and has 18 high-seat chairs, coffee tables and a television. It is a pleasant, well-lit room with views onto Gainsborough Old Hall. Gold Room

The Gold Room has seating for upto 12 people and is fully carpeted. It is separate from the other areas so enjoys a greater degree of privacy. Hire of this room includes use of the small kitchen, ideal for serving beverages and snacks. It is a pleasant and well-lit room. For costs, contact David Belton on 01427 811160.

Large Kitchen

Operated by Zena's Top Nosh, our large kitchen is one of the best catering standard kitchens in the Gainsborough area. The kitchen is maintained to comply with West Lindsey District Council Environmental Health and Food Hygiene regulations. Zena will be glad to quote your catering needs on 07983 444040.

Small Kitchen

Hire of the main hall, Peach or the Gold room automatically includes use of the small kitchen which is suitable for the serving of beverages and snacks. Note that hire of rooms whilst including small kitchen does not grant exclusive use; it is for the shared use of all hirers. Our small kitchen offers the following facilities.

•    A range of cutlery and crockery
•    Microwave oven, kettle, fridge and sink
•      Price is included in the cost of any room. Exclusive use cannot be guaranteed
